Senior Quality Assurance Analyst

6+ years of testing experience to include the following:

Skills:
May have some experience executing automated test scripts/cases and report results, issues etc..
Understand the mechanics of both agile and waterfall methodologies.
Ability to function with minimal direction based upon directives from the client.
Demonstrated ability to be cognizant of deadlines.
Raise any obstacles immediately that could impact deliverables.
Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently.
Demonstrate leadership qualities.
Involvement in complex and/or long term projects.
Review of project/task functional requirements.
Ability to question holes or vagueness on requirements in an appropriate, timely and professional manner.
Ability to create valid and solid test cases.
Ability to accept suggestions and coaching from peers and superiors.

This position is focused on developing and growing mutually beneficial relationships with our clients and delivering top talent in regards to their Quality Assurance team needs. Being a commissioned Account Manager gives you control over your earnings potential, flexible daily schedule, and the ability to be in control of your destiny.

Must demonstrate the ability to create and maintain relationships at all levels of a customer’s organization.

• Possess a good understanding of IT products, systems, and trends.

• Must understand how to work the account and grow the account for new business development   within the account and in turn, generate revenue.

You must have a strong sales, marketing, or customer service background.

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

• Schedule meetings with new & existing client managers within the account to understand potential opportunities in their organizations.

• Take ownership of key customer accounts and establish yourself as a trusted partner to our valued customers.

• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our talent solutions according to customer needs and objectives.

• Ensure retention and growth of customer accounts through excellent customer service and responsiveness.

Senior Automation Quality Assurance Analyst/Engineer

2+ years of manual testing, plus 3+ years of automation testing experience to include the following:

Ability to create automation scripts using but not limited to Selenium, Postman to properly test:
— Microservices
— GUI
— Database flow
— Integration of applications

Ability to assess the client’s needs and create repeatable and valuable test suites.
Ability to provide reporting either through emails, internal posts or integrated error handling in a build cycle.

3+ years of experience including the following:

Skills:
Ability to create functional specifications based upon business requirements.
Ability to work closely with the client to capture accurate information that can be used by Development and Quality Assurance.
In an agile environment, be able to create acceptance criteria as needed on task cards.
Follow up on questions posed to the business by IT/project personnel as well as business to IT.
Work effectively as a member of the PMO or independently as set forth by the client.
